July 3, 2024 I decided I wanted jerk chicken so I googled a place near me. I ordered two whole chickens because I prefer to preserve as much juice inside the chicken and I don't like my chicken chopped into pieces. When I tell you the chicken breasts were JUICY, oh wee!! I normally eat dark meat but ended up eating two of the breasts as well as the dark meat and ALL THE CHICKEN WAS JUICY!!!! I did not order sides because I'm a meat eater. This restaurants information is locked in my phone and I want more because it's so addictive!!
first time trying these guys ... stopped in grabbed a salad and I must say i am impressed every ingredient inside my salad was fresh 10/10 and customer service was very pleasant
Food was excellent! The seasoning was on point with fish and chicken. The cabbage, yams, rice/beans were delicious. The food was fresh and cooked well. Regarding service, the young man needs to get off the phone when taking orders but he's good with answering questions and giving recommendations. The restaurant is clean and menu is very detailed. I highly recommend them!
I've come in 3 times now and the food is always good! The jerk chicken and oxtails are so delicious and slide right off the bone. Every time I come in Jalon is always so kind and attentive with me. He makes sure all of my needs are met before I leave the store and I am always happy to come back! The store is also very clean and professional with a calm vibe and good music!
Very, very good. I've been to many, many Jamaican jerk restaurants in Chicago. This is far hands down the best I've been to. The jerk sauce is home made and the food was cooked just right and not dry. The best cabbage I've had at any jerk spot. Outside of jerk food I've had in Jamaica, this is the best I've had thus far.
